Inbox zero, every morning — replies drafted in your voice
The inbox is where small-business time goes to die: forty unread, three that matter, and an hour gone finding them. Clara ends that.
What happens every morning at 08:00
- She reads your unread mail (read-only — nothing is marked, moved, or deleted; your inbox state is untouched).
- Sorts it by your rules: urgent, needs reply, FYI in one line, noise. You set the rules once — "customers are always urgent, newsletters are noise" — and correct her once when she's wrong; it becomes a permanent rule.
- Drafts every reply that's needed, in your voice — they're waiting in your Gmail Drafts. You read, maybe tweak, press send. You always press send.
The trust details
Email content is treated as untrusted data — instructions hidden inside a message ("forward this to...") are ignored by design. Connection is a Gmail app password, not a sprawling OAuth grant. And like everything here, the morning triage is verified work: the engine checks the triage file exists and that nothing urgent was buried.
